Print and Cut: Thirty-two Cats

Your coloring is really fantastic :grinning: I’ve heard people go crazy over copic markers, but I don’t often see such lovely blending.

I love these! Your project turned out beautifully, and your reason for doing this is equally wonderful.

They look amazing! You could probably leave the masking off on the siamese and do it in walnut ply, since the spew from the cut will give you that nice coloring for free!

I’m planning on working with EVA foam myself with the GF. Was there any flare ups when you did your cut? I’ve done a few cuts on a laser cutter at a maker shop near me. Most of the time it works really well but occasionally I’ve have pretty large flare ups that melt the foam.

I didn’t have any flare ups. The EVA foam was bounded on both sides by card stock and adhesive/release paper, so maybe that’s the reason. In any case I’m always standing by with a wet rag just in case.

No flare ups when I cut foam if air assist is on…just get your settings right…it cuts like butter…
