Prototype in what sense? Like you’re going to make a finished one with the GF, or is this a test for a more traditional construction later?

Interesting design! I am thinking 4 vertical posts with beads on top or even getting to the top.
There are some design changes that are needed before it’s finished and scalable. I’m hoping to make it parametric for material thickness using Fusion.
I had some trouble with the hinge design and door thickness. I think I might add more layers to the other surfaces too or at least some engraves for decorative appeal. I tend to keep my tolerances too tight (read 0) and need to adjust that as well.
The offset pivot for the doors seems to be causing trouble for me the way the doors close. I think I’ll add an astragal to one of the doors.
