Found a reliable Glowforge repair shop. Lid is all fixed now:)

I highly recommend Wiregrass Made in Dothan, Al.

That’s literally the only Glowforge repair shop (outside of returning to the factory).

Hope Glowforge realizes that they need to develop a network of repair places. The refurbished option is way too costly.

That’d be a 7+ hr drive for me. A little too far as it would have to be an overnight trip and with farm animals, not possible. But I’ve bookmarked this so should I ever have the need (hoping not!), then I can contact them.
