If you plan on using images from Pixaby for commercial use, (intent to receive profit from using images, whether you manipulate them or not ) I strongly advise that you give this a look over. https://pixabay.com/en/blog/posts/public-domain-images-what-is-allowed-and-what-is-4/
The images maybe considered ''Royalty Free" but you can still infringe on Copyright, Trademarks and other laws if you’re not careful. I would be careful when using sites like these that offer free royalty-free images. You could find yourself getting served papers now or in the future when your business is successful.

I use that one all the time for the royalty free pictures. I did not think to look for vector art there.
