Just finished making this project for my friend and running partner. I did a Wordell with races we have ran together in addition to other descriptors of our friendship. Engraved the words (took a long time) and used the outline tool to then cut out the image of a runner.
It is not perfect and my next one will be better!

If you want to speed up engravings, lower the LPI - in wood 270 does a lovely job.
