I had thoughts of doing one from scratch but after putting in a couple of hours on it I decided that the $10.00 was well worth saving my time.

Made from Proof Grade med.basswood ply, it fit together nicely with a little gluing. I made it to put in the man cave.

Great find and the building looks wonderful. I keep thinking about doing something like this (or dollhouses in general) just for the fun of it.
