Looks like fun! I’m guessing some types of paper will work better than others… The pivot points look like they’d wear out quickly.

i was thinking exactly this. some sort of paper that doesn’t necessarily have a traditional grain would stand up to this kind of handling better.

Step 1: cut shapes out of your favorite material.

Step 2: tape the edges together (along the cut sides). The tape will act as hinges.

Step 3: play with your new toy?
