If you do have one of the Diode machines, you have the option for “light plywood”, but if the Smokey Hill stuff has an MDF core you’ll need to test your settings, plus clean the rails every time you open the lid (which should be done anyway) and breaking up your designs into steps you can open the lid between.
MDF cuts dirty and the Diodes aren’t set up for it.
