Snap and Store Box disappeared

Hello Everyone.

I am wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and found a solution.

I made the free Snap and Store box for my first print. Worked great!

I went to make another one a week later and when I click “Open” it does not upload anything to the Glowforge App software. It takes me to the screen with the image of the printer bed but nothing shows up on the left.

Any suggestions?

I see now that I can reset the design by clicking the … next to the Cog in the app.

Yeah - you figured it out!
I’m going to move your post to Everything Else so Glowforge staff has no need to respond.
