My next door neighbor did his front yard in the Grinch theme (multiple inflatables,etc). Something was missing, so I made this on the glowforge (similar to the frozen stand-ups in Let it G(l)O(wforge).
Hes about 2 feet tall
and completed (on my official outside "paint"chair)
Max was cut out of 1/4 plywood the color and “burn” worked great for his body color so I didn’t have to paint his fur.
Love it! He’s my favorite Grinch character. 
My other neighbor requested a winebox and a “lantern” box for gifts for friends, so I made these for them.

The box itself was made with the free online boxmaker then I just modified for the design and legs,etc.
