Something pretty different

This weekend, I did some cosplay as Mojo Jojo from Powerpuff Girls at Dragon*Con… and my belt was made on a Glowforge!
I designed the belt and cut it from proof grade white acrylic… it was 108 total pieces, assembled around a strap of upholstery fabric.

Very cool. I think I’d be tempted to wear that on a daily basis.

Are the white pieces engraved or glued for the multi level effect?

Words can not describe… I built my Ant-Man belt using EVA foam and it took HOURS to cut the shapes very similar to those. If I had my glowforge I could have done the whole thing in no time at all!

Separate pieces. Each segment of the belt is made of 6 pieces total.
