If anyone is interested in making a project with a personalized sound wave on it I made a little web app to generate an image from a recording. Then you can take that image and and trace it to an svg using inkscape.

Can’t wait to check this out! I had researched the idea before, but the resources I found online required the user to upload their sound files (easy enough for a musician like me, but hard for the average or non-techy person/customer). This looks incredibly user-friendly!
