New user here - I bought an svg with many designs, but I cannot find a way to split in Illustrator. Also tried image splitter from web but quality was poor of end result. How do you do this? Thanks
Select what you want. Copy, start new drawing (leaving the old one up) paste and save with new name.
Tried - but when select anything on file all images are selected
Can you save it as a pdf and then try selecting different segments? Obviously you have tried to ungroup in Illustrator and/or the Glowforge?
What do you mean by “split?” Have you tried ungrouping the designs? Select and then try right clicking or cmd-clicking and select “ungroup” from the menu. You may need to ungroup multiple times. Hope this helps!
