Can someone please tell me if its possible to use these products and what setting to put my machine on
You can’t etch them. CO2 lasers aren’t the right tool. But you can mark them with a variety of techniques ranging from Cermark to wet paper towels. The resulting marking can range from solid dark black that can’t be scraped off to lesser dark markings.
