Ah, this guy finally published.
I contacted the author to see if they sell a digital copy of the book anywhere, sadly they do not. So if we want to forge it, gotta get a hard copy, scan it, then convert to svg however you like.
Of course I have zero idea of the legality of such a workflow, but there it is.
