Possibly not relevant and perhaps too late, but I’ve often used a ruler or similar thru the pass-thru slots to adjust pieces after a print has started.
i’m just a basic kind of guy.
45 mins in and it’s still in the same place. that’s a good sign, as the engrave is moving further away with every pass.
