Not Glowforge related, but sending wishes for safety to all in the path of the fires and affected by the power outages. So many people in harm’s way.
Man, that situation is terrible! Fire is bad enough, throw in the hurricane-force wind and the intensity and the speed that can move is unimaginable.
I feel a lot better about having to shovel.
About 50 miles due south of the Kincade fire, you can see the smoky haze in the air as my father checks wind speeds from the lookout tower (yesterday) where my parents are volunteer fire-spotters. Power at their house has been out for a few days, but there is a generator for the tower.
