Made a little emblem that I might put on my car…

The lighting doesn’t show it, but it’s painted with “black chrome” 2-part automotive paint, which closely matches other trim on the vehicle. It’s just PG medium acrylic.

really cool, is it magnetic? Just wondering how you’re gonna keep someone from being like “I want one of those” and just taking it.

Same way OEM emblems are attached - 3M VHB.

It would break apart if you tried to remove it (that pic was just masking tape - not certain if/where I want to place it).

That goes for pretty much any emblem. Someone wants it? Fishing line and 30 seconds and it’s off the car.

De-badging is a thing (Stingers don’t come like this.)

As to replacing it - all it takes is 30min on the 'forge and a bit of paint.

I might see if other owners are interested.

Personally, I’d suggest slightly smaller and here:

Very cool! I sculpted a scorpion very similar to that once for an Egyptian Archaeological Dig party that we gave one year. (Made a mold, cast a few and had them all over the table and in the chairs.)

Nice touch

Chuckle. Wait till I get downstairs, I’ll show a pic. I kept one somewhere… we actually built a small scale pyramid in the back yard. (Thank goodness it didn’t rain that day.)
