Structural model of Starship Enterprise

I made this Star Trek Enterprise structural model. I used my Glowforge to cutout over 180 flat pieces from white 1/8" acrylic. The assembled model is 36 inches long. It also uses a few 3D printed parts. I used the Arrange feature in Fusion 360 to layout all the flat parts on 5 pieces of white acrylic. Many many hours to design, really fun to assemble!

Wow, that’s really nice.

I bet it would look great with some dramatic lighting.
