I’ve tried logging out, flushing the browser (cache and cookies), restarting the computer, logging back in, with no success. I even tried these individually: logout/in, restart browser, flush cache, etc.
It’s a good suggestion, but not having any impact here.
Thank you for all the information that is very helpful. Since everything is connected properly, it’s likely that the black cable on the lid has a problem. I’d like to send you a replacement for that cable, along with some instructions on how to replace it.
