My glowforge is stuck spinning on Print. I’ve restarted several times and still won’t change. Is my issue an internet issue or machine?

Welcome to the forum.
It is hard to guess what the problem is. I suggest that you turn off the machine. Close the app. Unplug your router for about a minute. Power your router and wait for it to fully boot. Restart your computer and open the app. Power on the Glowforge. Hopefully you will get the “ready” prompt and you will be able to print.

I’d add: clear the cache on your browser, or try a different one. Sometimes a failure to connect can get stuck in the cache.
