I made this Sunday night on my Glowforge from an outside design I purchased. My only “mistake” was not measuring the thickness of the plywood. The pattern was made for 6mm. Otherwise, I’m quite happy with it.

Turned out really nice!
Nicely done. I sometimes, as it does here, like the fingers and tab to protrude though just a tad.
I think that would make the joint a little more stable.
