Wow, great project.
Do you use a template to position the lettering? I have done much lettering but the few I did, I cut out the letters compacted to save material but I cut a template out of cardboard to position them.

No joke about that being a lot of letters. I made one single sign like that with less letters and the time I saved from cutting instead of engraving was not worth it after the time I spent fixing everything into place, even with 3M tape on the back. You’ve got so much more patience than I do.

Yes the one picture has the template on the bottom stripe. to small drops of CA glue then set them in place.
