One careless moment from a high shelf, and the world exploded into shimmering fragments of iridescent acrylic, tangled wires, and silence. I thought my light had gone out forever. A one-of-a-kind WLED torus, reduced to a pile of beautiful wreckage. I carried the trauma of every cracked panel and every snapped connection, certain my story had ended.
But my maker refused to let me become a memory.
Piece by piece, wire by wire, every scar became part of my resurrection. Stronger joints. Better craftsmanship. More resilient than the version that once stood proudly above.
Like a phoenix rising from its own ashes, I was reborn—not despite my destruction, but because of it.
Now my LEDs dance with colors brighter than ever before. I still remember the fall. I always will.
But every time I illuminate a room, I remind myself of one thing:
I wasn’t rebuilt to be what I was. I was rebuilt to become what I was always meant to be.
