We have medium and thick draftboard. Why not thin?
I’m not sure I’ve ever seen 1/16” MDF. I dOnt think it would be very stable.
I have always considered such descriptions crazy to the point of humorous the thinnest wood is Medium, the smallest laundry soap is Large, in crackers there is thin and extra thin. The list is a long one. It can be a game to find them.
My local plywood place has 1.5mm MDF. It works great on GF - I used it to make this bathymetric map. Seems like there are some sources online.
