Thin Dual Layer Plastic

As some of you know, I do parts and reproduction graphics for 1973-1978 GMC Motorhomes. One of the accessories that a lot of owners add is a monitoring panel for engine functions called a DigiPanel. It’s downfall is that the silk screened graphics on the front wear off over time. I created a replacement overlay on ultra-thin laminated engravable plastic (the supplier calls it Lamicoid). It is about 1/32" thick and has an adhesive back. The panel is about 7" wide.

This thread is two years old and the original poster has not posted recently. Also, we can only discuss settings for non Proofgrade material in the Beyond the Manual section of the forum. I believe if you utilize the search function you will find some settings for thin acrylic. Your best bet, however, is to test your material for optimal results.
