Lol, subtle. They must be quite tall.

I’m particularly fond of this real estate listing, even though it looks like they took out most of the best ones: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/5649-Hillside-Dr-Felton-CA-95018/16150422_zpid/?

If the front door was not in the picture —I would think this room is located in the basement.

The owners need to stage the room as a cozy living area.

Beautiful contemporary home but the driveway is very bad.

I am also thinking ticks, trees and California fires

Those trees surrounding the home need to be cut down.

Oh no, who cares about the house and driveway. The friendly Sasqatch is the key.

it is in the basement, it just has an exterior door. this isn’t the living room.

oy. no tree cutting, plz. you buy a house where that one is because of the trees. they’re living in the wilderness because that’s what they wanted.

friendly may be presumptuous.

There used to be more Squatch photos, he/she/they were super chill :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Wow that home is beyond gorgeous. Love every room especially the basement.

The yard is a really great size

While true, after a bit one should have a growing concern about where the tree will eventually come to rest.

that’s life in the wilderness!

we have at least 6 trees that are 75’ or taller. very old oak and hickory trees. we used to have 9, we took two down because of tree health issues. we regularly keep an eye on our older trees to make sure they’re in good shape and won’t fall on our house (other than for reasons of force majeure).
