I cut leaves out of cardstock paper for a large art installation for a fellow artist that needed help. It was well over 500 that varied in size. I decided to use those 4 leaf designs to cut out the patterns and place vellum as a screen inside. I made this lamp as a reminder of the project. She absolutely loved it. I installed a fairy LED light set to illuminate it. I hope you enjoy the project.

I used 1/8" Red Oak 12"×20" sheets from HC Customs and Blanks LLC this is the bottom side of the laminate which I found has an interesting pattern.

the vellum I used is a 3 mil thick matt or frost finish. It really does give an interesting array of colors. The fairy lights are these - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HJ54Y3Q?ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details&th=1
The vellum is the waste portions that is from a local printer I get for free.

A beautiful way to remember your project. The vellum adds a wonderful diffuser for the fairy lights.
