Trouble contacting support

I am new to the Glowforge world. I ordered my Glowforge in March 2022 and have not received it yet. I have emailed support a number of times and have not received a response. I am starting to regret my purchase if this is they way they treat their customers.
Has anyone else has issues getting through to them?
