Tried cutting a previously used piece of Proofgrade Medium Cherry plywood using a previously used file and it would not cut through. Just cleaned all mirrors and lenses two days ago. Sent an email to support and then decided to clean mirrors and lenses again. Working OK. Go figure?
Don’t know if it’s too much, but i clean mine every night when I am done for the day just to make sure i don’t have any issues…

Sounds like a good plan.
Make sure to pin the material down flat using the Honeycomb pins too…very important to get any warp out.

Yeah, I’ve got the danged things all over the office…I tend to absent-mindedly carry them around and set them down.

I have had stuff move a bit, even pinned down as much as possible, but I have never had any warp out to lightspeed.
