Trying to figure out how to get the machine to turn on an work, i have not used it in 2 months. light is yellow and I unplugged and plugged it and the filter and no changes. the print head is not moving and the filter turned on and the blue light went on then nothing.
First question would be which machine are you using? On the CO2 machines the yellow light is a general “I can’t communicate” warning. There are a bunch of things you can test.

What, if any, is the error you’re seeing in the GFUI? What is it saying in t hte top right corner (focusing/scanning/online/offline/etc.?)

What’s the temperature in the room? Each machine has a range at which it can function, and if you’re outside that you’ll get a yellow light.

Is the cable that connects to the head - connected? Are all the gold pins clean and bouncing back if you push on them gently? Are there any cracks or wear spots in the cable?

Are you getting any clicking sounds? If no, is your WiFi connecting?

Is this the Aura, the Spark or a Performance Printer?

It is the Aura and i was able to disconnect the laser and reconnect the wire and now it works. Thnx for getting back to me.
