Unit Arrived Damaged / Support Ignoring Me!

Well maybe support for new customers is great but for anyone who ordered in 2015 it is virtually non existant. My delivery date is still listed as Dec 14th but I can’t get anyone to give me a tracking number to see where the thing is. My last correspondence from them was a generic email which basically said they’d look into it…right.

3 years, 1 month and 28 days in limbo.

I was able to get communication rebooted on this issue over email, so I’m going to close this thread.
