I thought I’d try watercolor on the PG draftboard and was pleasantly surprised! I expected it to get bloated from all the liquid (I did 2 layers of paint and used lots of water) but it held up great! The only issue I see is that the watercolor can rub off, lol my son’s hand was black after playing with the sharks. I’m going to throw on a quick layer of clear coat on tomorrow and it should be fine.

You have certainly mastered the galaxy technique! They look great. I used Draftboard for my fake letterpress and was surprised at how well it held up.

thank you! I only recently figured out how to do galaxies (using crayola markers on water color paper actually 
). I just looked around here and found your faux letterpress post, holy crap that came out so amazing!! I am adding it to my “need to learn how to do” list.
