I know this is about Tampa so I’ll say in all my years (over 20) traveling there I never thought to get a cubano, nor did any locals suggest we try Pedro.
I no longer travel for business so, regrets… 
I used to make a point to stay on South Beach even if my customers were back by the airport. I would get up at sunrise and pick up some delicious breakfast from one of the cuban cafes, then walk out onto the beach to eat it before beginning my day.
Yeah, now I’m getting hungry as well!!
