More so than if they shipped you a pallet full? 
Not a really useful size. >20" x 50" works and I use 19" x 48" a lot as that is 5 pieces from 4’ x 8’ standard sheets.
Well, they’re off cuts - so it’s not like they were aiming for that size, that’s just the leftovers!
Luckily 10x14 pieces fill a lot of niches, and 14x20 fit into the 
just fine. Some other lasers can likely do 14x24.5 even
