Tried to work over labor day weekend what a mess of a network and now finally able to get back I had to trouble shoot cut speeds, wasting valuable wood. Now theres a shift. a warning comes up on the screen saying something about adjusting however my item hasnt moved ```````except when cutting theres a huge shift. what is going on? more wood wasted. I dont even want to use common grammar here im so mad. i do not have the money or time for this>>>>> And its not me. Ive been doing this a long time with no problems I guess Ill calibrate again. so pissed.

Welcome to the forum
If you don’t use the set focus tool prior to placing your artwork, you will get this message when the auto focus process measures your material and the camera view will change. Calibrating the lid camera will not address this issue. Simply use the set focus tool.

Big shifts are generally a belt slipping or you’re running into something.
Good luck with the troubleshooting. You can always call Glowforge for help too (although you might want to wait until common grammar has returned
