I’d save it for now
…but be mindful of the expiration date. I think mine was Jan 2018.
The plan is to put a thick door on our attached garage/laundry room, my baby falls asleep to the vacuum cleaner, so think the noise will be dampened enough. I’m now worried that too much dust will fly into the air, maybe I can put up rubber strips as a room divider like they have in industrial spaces.
I ordered some corian 1/2 inch thick, I would love to know what setting to use… If you ever figure out or found the info… Please…

Since you’ve posted the same question in multiple topics I’ll assume you did a search, but you may have missed these:
After @karaelena’s demo of marble, I got a piece of corian out. This is a 4x4" piece .47" thick. I did a small test of an initial in the lower right corner, stopped it and just did the whole thing.
Did a combination of trace and engrave to try and highlight the ducking in and out of the knot work. I’m pretty happy with it.
5%, 335 in/min at 340 lpi. I have a whole box of these pieces in many different colors.
One thing to note about the scoring. Compared to the etching it …
I searched the forum and haven’t seen any recent updates. Now that more folks have received their Glowforge, has anyone successfully cut corian?
