I love my GF…had to have it replaced twice because of some malfunction issues within just a few months but GF stood behind it and replaced and since I’ve only had user restrictions with it! I love the way it performs, the effort it takes to keep clean, but most of all the ease in which to get in there and learn. If it hadn’t have been so easy I probably would never have tried it.

Yeah, I know. I’m a little sleepy. It’s because I stay up way too late at night playing with my Glowforge. I’m having too much fun to go to bed.
Honestly, I’m sorry you haven’t had the positive experience with your Glowforge that many of us have had with ours. Perhaps a better approach would be to say, “Wow, you guys seem to be having a lot of fun with your Glowforge. What could I do differently to enjoy mine more?”

Been exceptionally busy – lasering, 3D printing, a tragic death in the family, one daughter graduating UW, another moving to LA to work on League of Legends, son getting set up teaching 5th grade in Oregon – you know, the usual life stuff

My biggest mistake purchasing a Glowforge—-I did not purchase it earlier.
I LOVE MY GLOWFORGE!!
I have had problems but the community and support have been incredible.
