Wooden Staircase for a Diorama

Just a little staircase I made for my wife’s diorama.

Made with Medium Maple

Nice! Now I want to see the rest of the diorama.

So what I’ve learnt when making exactly this type of thing is that I am a cack-handed, balloon-fingered, glue spreading machine.

So what I now do is build some kind of internal support to hold the whole thing square while I glue the outside on, because otherwise it’s just going to be a wonkly glue-fest trapezoidal stair case from the haunted mansion.

I’m impressed by your right angles and cleanliness

My wife has me do a lot of projects, Ive gotten pretty good at gluing. I used wood glue and the edge of my workbench to get the angles right. Wood glue is pretty forgiving, so you can make small adjustments as needed.
