@dan Not to needle you badly, but was this a planned outage or part of a scheduled update? I find the lack of notification about infrastructure updates – be it a DNS change, cloud infrastructure change, production code push, what have you – disconcerting for people who want to plan around these sorts of events. Where is the change management?
