I really like the way the light is so evenly distributed from bottom to top. Did you do something to get those results?

Mostly I just tried to equally distribute the graphics and text. After having read other posts regarding issues with distribution of light, I did a bit of research. If you have too little or too much engraving it affects the way it reflects.

Great first design! I have never tried edge lit acrylic. I might try it before the end of the month.

What I found when I designed the original original frame is that in addition to spreading out the engrave, if you block the acrylic on the edges it glows brighter.

Thanks so much! … as a newbie, sharing of designs is greatly appreciated. I’m having such difficulty with template design & snap together pieces. I’m doing it in way too many steps because I haven’t figured it all out yet. Thanks for doing the hard part & being willing to share it!

Of Course! This is exactly why I share my designs! I love when people expand and improve them! If you ever have questions about structure design, don’t hesitate to ask. This community is a great resource!
