What settings do I use to get a 3D print on my pro? According to the tutorial Brian said it had to be a Bitmap - and use 3D Print setting. I cannot find a 3D Print setting on my Glowforge AND when I use the bitmap it says it will only engrave - not cut out the design. HELP I am totally confused
It sows up when you have Proofgrade material selected.
Otherwise you use Vary Power for custom material settings.

Bitmaps engrave only. You need a vector line around the bitmap to cut. You can accomplish this with the outline tool if you have the Premium Subscription.
