I have been in contact with support; however, it is the weekend and usually I will not get a response for a few days. I have attempted to set-up the glowforge multiple times to wi-fi and it would not connect. Support told me it was connected, but my user account did not get associated and to retry it. I followed all the steps. I allowed the machine to calibrate for two minutes and then went to the app. It still says not connected and It is still not connected in the app. Any suggestions? or help? I would like to print my orders that have been on hold.
