.5 MDF un touched by GF basic

created a problem support ticket for clarification of the spec sheet… I am 99% sure they will either say ‘out of scope’ (despite it being there own documentation) or ‘that’s not enabled yet no eta’

.5 spec sheet vs .433 focus limit

the spec sheet is .5 material with tray in however we can not focus on .5 material as the focus limit is .433. is this a software limit that will be allowable to .5 in the future or is this a hardware limit and the original advertised spec sheet needs to be reneged on ? Maximum material height with tray: 0.5″ (13mm) Maximum Cut & Engrave height: 0.5″ (13mm) Thickness: Varies by material. Can cut some 1/2" but if we can not set focus to .5 … how are we supposed to use 1/2 ?
