This post is the design files:

First the jig (I cut this on PG medium draftboard) set everything but the text to cut (the text is engraved)

The center is black 3mm (0.118in) acrylic set everything to cut. I bought some cast acrylic a while ago, but used PG medium black acrylic settings.

The outside is red 3mm (0.118in) acrylic same settings as the black center.

You’ll also need some glue for acrylic, which I picked up at my local Tap Plastics

What a unique homemade gift for your kid’s class! I imagine the kids got a kick out of these.

Everyone really liked them, the parents commented that it was awesome that even the boys were wearing them. I also got some requests from older siblings to get one as well.
