After a morning on and off printing, suddenly the machine did not accept any setting: not from my saved materials list and not manually. At Some point I got lucky after switching browser and (again) turning the machine off and on again. Now it says ‘no artwork’. The item is in the middle of the cutting field (small item) and shows the settings.
Never came across these problems before, but I am having a hard time to finish my project on time today.
you might have some random bit of artwork out of the print area. load the artwork up in something like inkscape and zoom OUT. do a select all and see if you suddenly have some bit showing up outside of your actual drawing. that has happened to me a couple of times at least. something either got corrupted or I just screwed up and and added an object when I was scrolling around.

Kindly share a screenshot of your workspace. There was a problem yesterday with the materials field, but I believe that was solved. Also, try using a different browser - again.

Putting all the items on one pile and checking by ‘select all’ whether there were items outside of the cutting field, didn’t show any. Checking in the items list in the left menu if there where settings put for any other object than the one I wanted to cut and deliberately put settings for, did not show any other item with settings.
So I drew the parts I wanted to cut in Affinity (it was a part of a design from the catalog), imported the SVG as a new file in the GF app and that did the trick (worked in both browsers).
