THIS! Me! I ‘graduated’ from using some patterns and learning so much from that, that I finally got up the nerve to start designing my own purse. I looked to my favorite old Fossil bag that I love, to see how it was constructed and have spent hours upon hours now making my own design. I am just approaching the assembly part and have been seeing mistakes as I’ve been going along. Some of them I’ve corrected…but some have been missed. I cannot even imagine now how this will turn out, but none of it will have been a waste of time. It has been fascinating me from day one and every day I get up and I start thinking about what I will be doing with it next. I am consumed!

I got the pattern but I only have 2-3oz leather on hand. I will have to see if I can do curbside pick up at Tandy Leather.
