I am trying to add a new user to my Glowforge printer. I can see the other user is pending an invite, but this user has not received an invite email. Does anyone know how to help?
Just add them again? You can manage users in the users section of the app, just delete the one already there.
It could’ve gone to spam. I think i remember something similar happening a few years ago when i tried to add my husband.
You can remove the invite i believe, then send it again, tell them to check spam, or promotions (most of my glowforge emails get sorted by google into promotions all the time).
