Have cleaned it all. Turned off, unplugged, then turned back on, same issue. Do not know what else to do. My machine is less than 6 months old. Does not get used daily. is kept with a protective cover on it when not in use.
Do you have photos of the print head? Specifically of the trace next to the fan on the print head? Do you have photos of your carriage plate?

When you cleaned the air assist fan, did you remove the housing and completely clean that area as well as the blades?

Are you using hold down magnets?
