I am having ongoing air assist fan error messages, though I’ve followed all the instructions and my fan is clean on both sides. I saw someone had their issue resolved by Glowforge turning off their error message? Has anyone else faced this issue. Contacting support lately is a several day process which puts us behind on orders. I hoped to see if anyone else had a similar issue and how they got it fixed.
Are you using strong magnets to hold down your material? Those have been known to give the fan error when the fan passes over one.
Are you using magnets? If, so the magnets can slow the fan as it passes over and that will trigger the message. You either need to switch to hold-down pins or a magnet shield.

Unfortunately no, I’ve never used magnets in my machine.
